Sales Manager
Main tasks:
- Processing booking requests, advising guests on accommodation conditions;
- Maintaining a customer database and monitoring the relevance of reservations;
- Interaction with other hotel departments to ensure quality service;
- Meeting service standards and maintaining the company's image;
- Resolving organizational issues related to guest check-in.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position will be an advantage;
- Confident PC user, knowledge of specialized booking programs;
- Sociability, attention to detail, customer orientation;
- Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team and solve non-standard situations.
Working conditions:
- Official employment;
- Work schedule: 5/2 (during the internship - 3/3 schedule);
- Working day from 9:00 to 18:00;
- The rate is 1000 UAH/day, in the summer period — the rate is + % from bookings;
- Comfortable working conditions in a modern hotel;
