Going to the gym is not only a way to improve your physical shape, but also a way to better emotional health.

Regular exercise increases strength, endurance and flexibility, helps control weight by burning calories and strengthens the heart. Weight training builds muscle, increases bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Exercise reduces stress levels, improves sleep and increases energy. In addition, physical activity helps stimulate brain activity, which improves memory and concentration. The gym is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Yoga room

Yoga is a way to balance your body and mind. How much control do you feel over your emotions? Yoga combines physical exercise with breathing, helping you find inner happiness. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will learn to manage your emotions in our safe space. Yoga and meditation will become tools for you to harmonize.

Yoga room opening hours:
6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

 

Group training:

-Aqua aerobics – daily at 11:00 a.m.

-Стретчинг – щодня о 15:00 год

- Nordic walking – daily at 5:00 p.m. (weather permitting)

-Церемонія йоги, медитації та цвяхостояння – за попереднім записом.

 

Індивідуальні заняття:

-Йога, стретчинг, пілатес, аквааеробіка
