Our sommelier is passionate about wines and is a wine ambassador for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Providing professional recommendations on wine selection to restaurant guests, perfect knowledge of the establishment's wine list and the ability to present wines in an inspiring manner
Conducting wine tastings, both internal for staff and guests of the establishment or at external events
Expansion of the restaurant's wine list in accordance with the concept of the establishment;
Monthly inventory of wine residues, cooperation with suppliers, document management.
Requirements:
Sommelier experience of 1 year or more;
Having a diploma and/or certificate of sommelier courses (will be an advantage);
Passion for the world of wine and desire to be an ambassador of wine culture
Sociability
Responsibility and result orientation.
Working conditions:
Rate (30,000 UAH) + % from wine sales + tips;
