Requirements:
- 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
- knowledge and skills in working with most types of fish, meat and poultry, namely the development, cleaning and shaping of semi-finished products;
- forming an application for the required number of products for your division;
- knowledge of sanitary standards.
Responsibilities:
- high-quality processing of meat and fish, formation of semi-finished products according to approved technological maps;
- compliance with food storage rules and sanitary and hygienic standards;
- maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen;
- ensuring proper storage of products and ready meals.
Working conditions:
- official employment;
- shift (12 hours) work schedule — 4/4, 5/5, 7/7 — negotiable;
- salary from 27,000 UAH (1,800 UAH per shift);
- accommodation at the expense of the company;
- free meals;
